Ingredients
1 Cup Hemp Milk
1 Small Banana (prefereably frozen)
Handful Berries
Optional Extras - Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Cashews, Nut Butter - for extra protein
Optional Extras - Medicinal Mushrooms, Moringa, Maca - for extra healing power
Optional Extras - Dates, Honey (or try our Hemp Honey) - for extra sweetness
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
