Directions for Use:

Adults: Start with 1/4 tsp and increase slowly each day until you achieve your desired results. Continue on that dose once established. Perfect in one of our Herbal Teas or used in a tonic with Sacred Cacao and your choice of Superfeast tonic herb. Can be used morning, or nighttime.

May also be used for healing open wounds, in both humans and animals.

Important Information: Honey must pass through the digestive system before reaching the bloodstream. It may take 30-60 minutes to produce effects, depending on factors like your metabolic rate and whether you consume the honey on a full or empty stomach.
