In this transformative session Murray will offer SPIRITUS Breathwork, Somatic healing and intuitive insights to assist you in moving beyond this moment of stagnation.
This style of breathwork has roots in shamanic realms and trauma and somatic release. Breathwork is a modality of conscious connected breathing that we use to enter into altered states of healing and to interrupt our autonomic nervous system patterns so we are able to release trauma.

Sessions are 90 minutes and held in-person at The Hemporium, 87 Young st, Carrington.
Sessions are available on Fridays only.
